Susan Lewis Wade has invested herself in serving Real Estate Buyers and Sellers since 2006. With a ready smile and a creative mind, Susan has the training, knowledge, and experience that comes from successfully closing hundreds of transactions; residential, multifamily, and commercial.


Every client has a unique set of priorities and goals. Susan is dedicated to collaborating with you, asking questions and presenting ideas, until she understands your personal set of real estate goals. She also happily answers questions! Buying or selling a home is fraught with many moving parts. It is comforting to work with an agent who can explain every step of the process…before you start on your Real Estate Journey.


Susan was raised in Seattle and settled in Eastern Washington in 1990, where she raised her four daughters. She completed her business and writing degrees through Eastern Oregon University in 2004. Education has always been an integral part of her life and she appreciates the value of Continuing Education. Real Estate is a constantly evolving, law-based industry, and Susan is committed to staying at the top of her game, assuring her clients’ smooth transactions.


An avid skier, Susan enjoys time on the mountain in the winter. During summers she and her husband, Chuck, enjoy cruising around Moses Lake and water-skiing occasionally. She has four grandchildren and always looks forward to spending time with them.

Chuck Wade

Chuck Wade epitomizes integrity, hard work, and creative service during all aspects of the Real Estate transaction. In 2015 he retired after 35 years in new-car dealership management, where he studied with the best trainers in the industry, including Joe Verde and NCM Associates. This highly-valued training serves his Real Estate clients to the highest degree.


His specific areas of expertise include strategic planning, focused negotiation, market evaluation and pricing strategies. Whether working with Buyers or Sellers, he specializes in applying his well-honed sales skill set to the delight and satisfaction, meeting the investment goals of all.


An avid boater and collector-car guy, Chuck is a NASCAR aficionado and enjoys a yearly trip to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway for the NASCAR Cup Series. He has built many hot rods and high-performance boats. Currently, he owns a 2003 Schiada 21’ River Tunnel boat that is often featured in his real estate advertising. And, always keeps an eye open for his favorite, a 1958 Corvette
